Meet the Chefs
Chef Antonio Piña, a native Texan, has significantly influenced the culinary scene by leading food programs in hotels throughout Texas. Currently at the helm of Claraboya Scratch Kitchen & Bar in Lubbock, Chef Piña is celebrated for his genius eye, innovative techniques, and schooled palate, especially when it comes to locally-sourced, Texas-made ingredients.
His commitment to the farm-to-table approach elevates each dining experience and supports local producers, reflecting his dedication to community and culinary excellence.
Chef Cameron began his culinary journey in the front-of-the-house while studying at Texas Tech University before pursuing further education at The Culinary Institute of America and working as a teaching assistant in the wine college.
He gained experience under notable chefs at Norman's and Fearing's, where the restaurant received numerous accolades for its cuisine. In 2014, Chef Cameron partnered with his wife to open The West Table, followed by The Brewery LBK and Dirk's. His latest endeavor is the upscale casual restaurant, Neighborhood F+B, which opened in August of 2023.
Chef Klaus Georis, born into a family with a rich culinary background, developed his skills through various experiences at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants in California (Plum and Quince) and Europe (Maeemo, Chez L'ami Jean, and In De Wulf).
Now, he integrates his experiences into his own restaurant, Maligne in Seaside, CA, emphasizing local ingredients and fostering a family-like atmosphere rooted in hospitality. Chef Klaus's restaurant Maligne was recently recognized by the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand award.
Chef Jeremy Intille is a versatile pastry chef, chocolatier, blogger, recipe developer, and consultant. He honed his skills at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, CA, working as an assistant chocolatier and prep cook during his studies. He's served at the Nines Hotel in Portland, OR, Original Dinerant in Cleveland, OH, and contributed to the opening team of Urban Farmer Cleveland.
Today, he is the esteemed Pastry Chef at 801 Fish in Minneapolis, MN, and was a recent contestant on Food Network's Next Baking Master: Paris!
